  • Is it safe to use debit and credit cards on your website?
    Absolutely. We use Stripe Payment Processing — APIs to accept credit cards with security to ensure all your personal and debit/credit card information is encrypted. We do not have access to or store your credit card information. Your payment information is processed in a secure environment.
  • How long does it take to deliver my order?
    All orders are shipped via standard shipping service. Usually, the preparation and shipping of your order take 1 to 3 working days, while delivery timing by the courier may change depending on the destination.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    Yes.
  • How do I order on your website and what payment methods do you accept?
    Just find the product you want and click the "Add to Cart" button. Fill in your shipping and billing information, and we will ship your order to you as soon as possible! We accept Visa, Mastercard, and you can also pay with Apple Pay.
  • How can I check the status of my order?
    You will receive an order confirmation email when you place your order. You can click on the "View your order" link in the confirmation email to check the status of your order. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number to track the delivery of your order (check your spam folder if you did not receive the email). You can also visit our website at any time and click on the Order Status/Track Your Order page to see the current status of your order.
