Shipping Time: Once shipped, delivery usually takes 7-12 business days. Shipping occurs from Monday to Friday.

Possible Delays: We strive for prompt delivery, but factors such as weather or holidays may cause delays. Customers will be informed of such circumstances.

Availability: Shipping is currently possible in Europe.

Shipping Service Provider: Collaboration with our own delivery system. We use our own delivery system for reliable and timely deliveries.

Order Status Tracking: Customers can view the delivery status of their

order via a tracking number in the shipping confirmation.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Return Period: 30 days from the delivery date.

Processing Time for Refunds: 10 business days from the receipt of the return.
